Veronica was born and raised in Key Biscayne, which is evident in her passion for and deep connection to the island community. As a teenager, Veronica was exposed to the intricacies of the Key Biscayne Real Estate market as she showed an early interest in her mother’s real estate investment projects. Shadowing her mother as they prospected properties/listings and participating in the renovation process of the purchased properties, she developed a keen sense of layout and design.
Veronica attended Gulliver Preparatory School where she forged strong relationships with many of her fellow students with whom she enjoys long lasting friendships to this day. As a result, she has an extensive network of South Florida locals that she leverages as valuable resources, providing her with a unique understanding of the local industry and market.
Veronica continued her higher education at American University in Washington D.C., where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. Her studies set the foundation for the hybrid expertise she exhibits as a highly capable sales professional with extreme attention to detail on the financial components of real estate transactions.
Veronica’s background and extensive network of young rising professionals presented her with the opportunity to work on international sales and logistics engagements based out of Bogota, Colombia with a global metals and fiber optics manufacturing conglomerate. Here she honed her sales and business acumen.
After pursuing her other passion for the culinary arts during a 3-year relocation to Lima – Peru, working under world renowned chef Virgilio Martinez: Veronica made the decision to return home to Key Biscayne to start a family and begin a career in Real Estate.
