- A detailed description of the property with color photographs and a link to BHHS EWM’s Website will appear in the Miami Dade Board of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service, our personal websites, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and throughout our syndicated network to all our affiliated brokerages.
- A custom E-mail blast with photos and a link to the property will be set to several thousand agents (encompassing all major real estate offices in Miami Dade County as well as our national and international brokers).
- With the owner’s permission, an Open House for the Entire Brokerage community will be held with Lunch & Beverages provided.
- We will also work with other brokers on “Progressive Brokers Open’s” to showcase the listing and other properties in the building, which will bring more agents to the property.
